Loyalty & CX Gulf'23 conference serves as a convergence point for vendors, agencies, and client companies, facilitating discussions on CX industry trends, loyalty initiatives, novel products, and innovative approaches. It also provides a platform for sharing experiences and forging new business connections.
Anticipating an attendance of 150+ participants and 20 presenters from regions spanning Asia, the EU, North America, and beyond, the Loyalty & CX Gulf’23 conference will be divided into two sections: "Loyalty & CRM" and "Customer Experience”. Each section will include trends, technologies and cases presentations.
The event will adopt a plenary and breakout model, featuring dynamic TED-style talks and spirited debates during the plenary sessions.
